TERMS OF USE ON FACTURA MOBILE

Factura Mobile app is used for payer's notification about the issued bills and their terms of payment.

Each payer (client of your organization) installs by himself Factura Mobile app on his smartphone.

Notification is received on subscription basis. To add new subscription is enough just to specify the payer's id and Factura Mobile app will take care in order the payer will not miss the payment date.

Factura Mobile app doesn't operate with the personal data, which allows unique identification of the person, it operates only with subscription for specified payer id.

TERMS OF USE

1. User obliges to use the Factura Mobile mobile app only for the purposes, which don't contradict with the legislation of Republic of Moldova in action.
2. User obliges to add subscriptions only for the key (payer id in service provider system) for the bills, which belong to him or for the bills to which he has authorized access.
3. User agrees that app will register and store the following information:
   • Device ID,
   • Invoice number,
   • Summary data for pushed invoice,
   • Subscription history,
   • Notification history.
4. QSystems Global Ltd. obliges not to transfer to the 3-rd parties data specified by user except invoice number which is used to collect invoices.
5. QSystems Global Ltd. has the right to block the user's subscriptions and notifications without any announce if the user violates Factura Mobile app policy.
6. QSystems Global Ltd. has the right to change the policy and publish the update policy on the Google Play app site.
7. In the context of interaction with service providers, Factura Mobile mobile acts as an agent (attorney) for the mobile app's user and in no way as a service provider's agent.
8. Subscriptions creation attempts are limited to 3 attempts per month for 1 service provider.
